	-Blandine Quersin: holds a masters degree in Town Planning and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management and has career experience in commercial property marketing.		- Patrick Quersin: also has a masters degree in Town Planning and is a graduate of the Ecole  Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes. His professional career has been punctuated by commercial appointments in marketing and management in industry and in marketing.
	- Jill SUTTON is British, based mainly in London and has over 20 years of experience in prestige UK agencies.		- Ian GRAHAM, is British and French by adoption (10 years) and is an expert in the property business, both in the building industry and in private property.
